Faith in Action
Faith is alive at OLL in our classrooms, our service, our relationships, and our commitment to forming students who lead with courage, compassion, and integrity.
We believe faith is meant to be lived. Students are encouraged to put their beliefs into action through service, compassion, leadership, and care for others.
Rooted in Catholic Social Teaching, our Faith in Action program helps students understand the importance of human dignity, justice, stewardship, and community responsibility. Service learning is intentionally integrated at every grade level, giving students authentic opportunities to make a meaningful impact both locally and globally.

Students participate in a variety of outreach and service opportunities including:
- Community donation drives
- Outreach to local organizations and shelters
- Environmental stewardship projects
- School and parish service initiatives
- Prayer and advocacy experiences
- Cross-grade mentorship and leadership opportunities
Rather than viewing service as an isolated activity, we help students understand that caring for others is part of everyday discipleship and leadership.
Faith in Action is about forming students who are compassionate, thoughtful, and committed to making the world a better place through lives of purpose and service.
