School Mass

Faith comes alive each week through our school Masses

Students in Kindergarten - 8th grade gather weekly as a community to pray, worship, and celebrate the Eucharist together.

Our Masses are intentionally student-centered and provide meaningful opportunities for leadership and participation. Students serve as lectors, altar servers, greeters, musicians, cantors, and prayer leaders, helping them actively engage in the liturgy and deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith.

Mass at OLL is more than a tradition. It is a cornerstone of our community life. It brings students, staff, and families together in shared prayer and reflection while reinforcing the values of compassion, gratitude, service, and belonging that guide our school culture.

Our youngest learners also participate in the spiritual life of the school. Preschool and Pre K students attend special liturgical celebrations throughout the year including the Mass of the Holy Spirit, Ash Wednesday, and our end-of-year celebration Mass.

Through weekly worship experiences, students develop not only faith literacy and understanding, but also a strong sense of community, reverence, and connection to something greater than themselves.
